Editorial Standards
Ravington is an AI-assisted, multilingual news digest that brings trusted news sources from around the world together in one place. Our principle is to offer readers an accurate, impartial and source-respecting summary — and to send them to the original source for the full story whenever they want more. This page transparently explains how we produce our content and the standards we follow.
How We Work
We collect news from publishers' publicly available RSS/news feeds at regular intervals (roughly every 30 minutes) using an automated pipeline on our server. Each item is analysed for category, location and importance, then condensed into a short, concise summary. When several sources cover the same event, we group them into a single card and present the different sources' perspectives side by side.
Our Sources
We use only publicly available or licensed news feeds. The original source of every story is clearly stated, together with a direct link to that source. When a source's accessibility, reliability or publishing policy changes, we review it and, if needed, remove it.
Originality and Copyright
We do NOT copy the full text of a story. What we present is a short SUMMARY written in the AI's own words, intended to guide the reader to the original publisher. Images are shown with attribution and a link back to the source. If a publisher requests removal of their content, we review the request promptly, along with a statement of ownership.
Accuracy and Corrections
Before publication, every summary passes multiple automated language and spelling checks; proper nouns, numbers and dates are preserved, and established local equivalents (for example, geographic names) are respected. If you still spot an error, let us know — we verify and correct it as quickly as possible.
AI Transparency
Headlines and summaries are generated by AI and pass automated quality checks. We do not hide our use of AI; our aim is to provide speed and multilingual coverage while preserving accuracy and impartiality. Final responsibility rests with Ravington as the publisher.
