43-Year-Old Woman Found Dead in Her Home in Antalya Kepez

In an incident that occurred in the Kepez district of Antalya, 43-year-old Hasibe Nihal Kalaycı was found dead. While it was reported that a large-scale investigation has been launched, it is observed that judicial processes have begun because the death was deemed suspicious. Following the incident, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. Authorities are conducting a meticulous investigation to elucidate the matter. It was learned that the body was taken to the morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.

The incident took place on the third floor of an apartment building on 6426 Sokak in Çankaya Mahallesi, Kepez district. According to the information obtained, family members who came to the house from Ankara yesterday evening with their relatives found the woman motionless in the living room at noon. The family, who experienced a great shock upon this discovery, immediately reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following the report, a large number of medical and police teams were directed to the address in a short time. As a result of the teams' rapid response, security measures were taken in the area and a wide cordon was established.

During the initial checks carried out by the medical teams who arrived at the scene, it was unfortunately determined that Hasibe Nihal Kalaycı had passed away. Following this, it was decided to conduct a detailed examination at the crime scene and its surroundings. The municipal doctor, who arrived in the area after the medical team, found the situation suspicious during his initial examination of the body. Upon the suspicious death report, the incident turned into a judicial case. Police teams launched judicial processes to meticulously examine every corner of the house.

Upon the characterization of the incident as a suspicious death, teams from the Asayiş Şube Müdürlüğü affiliated with the Antalya İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü intervened. At the same time, Olay Yeri İnceleme Şube teams also arrived at the scene and began fingerprinting and evidence collection efforts. It was reported that various pieces of evidence were collected and statements were taken as a result of the lengthy examinations in the house and the surrounding area. It was learned that the teams are investigating Kalaycı's final movements and the factors that caused her death. While every room and item in the house are being meticulously scanned as part of the investigation, testimonies are also being gathered from the local residents.

After the forensic examinations carried out by the teams in the house were completed, the body of Hasibe Nihal Kalaycı was taken to the Antalya Adli Tıp Kurumu morgue. The autopsy procedures to be performed on the body transferred to the morgue aim to determine the exact cause of death. Detailed examinations to be conducted by forensic medicine experts will play a critical role in elucidating the incident. The evidence collected during the investigation process and the autopsy results will be evaluated together. Police authorities announced that the process is being carried out meticulously and that they will inform the public of any new developments.
