Collective Bargaining Agreement Signed for Personnel at Aydıncık Belediyesi

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (TİS), covering all personnel serving at Aydıncık Belediyesi, was officially signed at a ceremony. This agreement, which safeguards the financial and social rights of municipal employees, was met with great satisfaction and joy among the staff. While the contract aims to improve the living standards of the employees, it also targets strengthening labor peace and tranquility within the institution.

The signing ceremony was attended by Aydıncık Belediye Başkanı Mustafa Tekçam and Hak-İş Sendikası Yozgat Şube Başkanı Ferman Zararsız. The parties expressed that the consensus reached as a result of the negotiations would make a significant contribution to the economic and social rights of those working under the municipality. In the speeches made, it was emphasized that this process, which will contribute to the strengthening of labor peace, will be auspicious for both the employees and the district.

Aydıncık Belediye Başkanı Mustafa Tekçam, wishing the signed agreement to be beneficial for all employees, drew attention to the importance of the services provided by the municipal staff to the district. In his statement, Başkan Tekçam expressed his pleasure over the signing of the collective bargaining agreement conducted with the municipal personnel and Hak-İş Sendikası. Stating, "I wish a working life full of health, peace, and success for our personnel who add value to the district with their efforts," he highlighted that the labor of the employees was appreciated.

Hak-İş Sendikası Yozgat Şube Başkanı Ferman Zararsız, on the other hand, conveyed his thanks to Aydıncık Belediye Başkanı Mustafa Tekçam for the constructive approach and support shown during the contract process. Zararsız wished the signed agreement to be beneficial for the municipal employees, highlighting the success of carrying out the process in cooperation. The union representative emphasized the importance of this step taken for the protection of employees' rights.

In their joint statement, the parties stated that it is of great importance for employees to receive the return for their labor and effort, and evaluated the process completed in a framework of mutual consensus and goodwill. The ceremony ended with the wish that the collective bargaining agreement made would be auspicious for the Aydıncık Belediyesi personnel, their families, and the entire district. With this agreement, the message was given that the dialogue and cooperation between the municipal employees and the management were strengthened.
