July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day message from Keşan Mayor Özcan

Keşan Mayor Op. Dr. Mehmet Özcan published a message on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. In his message, Özcan emphasized that the resolute stance displayed by the public towards democracy and the national will on the night of July 15, 2016 holds critical importance in Turkey's recent history.

Stating that the Turkish nation acted in unity for the sake of the homeland and independence that night, Özcan expressed that the collective will of the society gave a strong message to the whole world. He stated that July 15 is a symbol of the nation's determination in protecting democracy and that this spirit of unity must be passed on to future generations.
