The Supreme Council of the Egyptian Administrative Prosecution held its first official meeting with its new formation on 7 Temmuz 2026. The meeting was chaired by the Council President, Counselor Huda Ahmed İsa. Following the consultations, the Supreme Council of the Administrative Prosecution approved a series of important appointments and assignments. Accordingly, the term of Counselor Dr. Muhammed Abu Deif as Secretary-General of the Council was renewed. Similarly, the term of Counselor Muhammed Reşad Gad as Deputy Secretary-General of the Council was extended. The Council also reaffirmed the memberships of Ayman Fuad El-Şarkavi, Ahmed Yusuf Mosad, Ömer Hemmam Mahmud, Wael Muhammed El-Shehata, Muhammed Jamal Hashem, and Muhammed Said Bargash in the General Secretariat of the Council.

The reappointment of the General Secretariat members is of great importance in terms of preserving institutional experience and stability. The continuation of current members in their duties allows ongoing investigations and cases to be conducted without disruption. This restructuring aims to strengthen the institutional memory of the administrative judiciary organs in Mısır.
