TOKİ's 79 residences in Rize delivered to rightful owners

Within the scope of the social housing projects carried out by the Toplu Konut İdaresi (TOKİ) Başkanlığı in the Karadeniz Bölgesi, a total of 79 residences built in the Kendirli district of Rize's Merkez ilçesi have been completed. The key deliveries of these residences took place between 24 Haziran and 30 Haziran 2026. With these deliveries, the rightful owners in the region were reunited with their homes after months of waiting. This project, which is part of TOKİ's work in the region, has made a significant contribution to meeting the housing needs of the local population. Authorities announced that the deliveries were completed smoothly in accordance with the planned schedule.
