İŞKUR Doğal Alanlar Programı in Trabzon: 18 People to be Selected by Notary Drawing

A significant Labor Force Adaptation Program is being launched in Trabzon in collaboration between Türkiye İş Kurumu (İŞKUR) and the Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı Doğa Koruma ve Milli Parklar Müdürlüğü. Within the scope of the program, a total of 18 people will be employed for public benefit works such as landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, and repair. Applications will be accepted between 6-10 Temmuz, and the successful candidates will be determined by a drawing held in the presence of a notary. Participants selected for the program will be paid 1.375 TL for each day they work, and their social security premiums will also be covered by İŞKUR. This opportunity aims both to contribute to the protection of natural areas and to provide citizens with work experience.

The dates for receiving applications were announced as 6-10 Temmuz, and authorities warned citizens not to leave the application process until the last day. Candidates can submit their applications in person at the İŞKUR Trabzon İl Müdürlüğü and various Hizmet Merkezleri and Hizmet Noktaları. In addition, digital facilities are provided, stating that transactions can be easily completed via the e-Devlet system and the İŞKUR e-Şube platform. Furthermore, the ALO 170 Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik İletişim Merkezi line has also been opened for those who wish to apply by phone. Authorities emphasize that processing early would be beneficial to avoid system congestion.

Candidates wishing to benefit from the program must reside in only seven specific districts of Trabzon. The districts in question are listed as Ortahisar, Akçaabat, Vakfıkebir, Şalpazarı, Sürmene, Çaykara, and Maçka, and it was announced that this restriction was determined by taking into account the work areas where the program will be implemented. Those entitled to participate in the program will take part in nature conservation activities such as landscaping at the points to be determined by the Trabzon Doğa Koruma ve Milli Parklar Müdürlüğü. In this context, both the protection and beautification of the city's natural areas will be ensured, and participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience. Unfortunately, applications from those who do not meet the residency requirement will not be evaluated.

After the total quota of 18 people is filled, the identity of the candidates will be clarified by a drawing to be held in the presence of a notary. This drawing, which will be carried out in accordance with the principles of transparency, will be held on 14 Temmuz 2026 at the Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı 12. Bölge Müdürlüğü Trabzon Doğa Koruma ve Milli Parklar Müdürlüğü Toplantı Salonu. Following the drawing, both the principal participants and the substitute participants who will step in if needed will be officially announced. This method was chosen to ensure that everyone is evaluated equally and fairly. Candidates need to carefully follow official announcements starting from the specified date to track the results.

The start date of the İşgücü Uyum Programı is planned as 20 Temmuz 2026, and the program will continue until 15 Mayıs 2027. During the first four weeks of the program, participants will work five days a week, while it was shared that the working period will be reduced to three days a week in the following periods. Participants will be paid a net 1.375 TL pocket money per day worked in return for their duty, and in addition to this fee, work accident, occupational disease, and general health insurance premiums will also be paid by İŞKUR. Candidates applying for the program must meet various criteria, such as being a TC citizen, turning 18, being registered with İŞKUR, and having a household income not exceeding 56 bin 151 lira. Not having worked in the relevant institution in the last year and not having been employed in a job with social security in the last month are also among the other important requirements of the program.
