Stade six-killer died in prison; CDU calls on those responsible to be investigated

The killer who murdered six people in the town of Stade, located in the German state of Lower Saxony, has died in prison.

Following the incident, attention turned to whether necessary precautions were taken, despite the inmate having previously expressed a suicidal intent.
