Penalty for walking animals without a leash in Benito Juárez district of Mexico

Officials of the Benito Juárez municipality in Mexico's Quintana Roo state announced that new sanctions will be imposed on pet owners.

Accordingly, those who walk their animals without a leash or fail to collect waste left on the street will face fines.
