Putin rewarded the security guards who saved 30 students at Starobelsk College

Russian President Vladimir Putin rewarded the security guards at Starobelsk College for saving the lives of 30 students.

The ceremony was held as an official ceremony organized on the stage of the National "Russia" Center.
