Simultaneous Road Works Continue in All 17 Districts of Aydın

Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyesi has launched a comprehensive road construction, maintenance, and repair mobilization to strengthen the transportation infrastructure across the city. The works, which are being carried out simultaneously all across the province from Efeler to Nazilli and from Söke to Didim, are drawing attention. With these comprehensive projects, not only are road surfaces being renewed, but various regulations aimed at increasing traffic safety for drivers are also being implemented. The works carried out under the coordination of the Fen İşleri Dairesi Başkanlığı aim to provide great comfort in urban transportation. Thus, Aydın's transportation network is being brought up to modern standards.

Within the scope of the 投资lar made under the leadership of Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu, a feverish work is being carried out at dozens of different points. In the central district of Efeler, renewal operations are being carried out on strategic routes such as the surroundings of Kemer Mezarlığı, the A1 channel road, Işıklı, Yaşar Kemal, and Batı Çevre Bulvarları. In addition, roads are being rearranged in Ortaköy and Akkoz neighborhoods, especially on Şehit Deniz Astsubay Özgür Kahraman and Kubilay Caddeleri. Thanks to the works, the daily lives of the local people are being facilitated, and transportation problems are being permanently solved. The measures taken in these regions with heavy traffic flow also increase driver satisfaction.

Road construction works continue without losing speed in other districts across the province. Significant interventions are being made in Nazilli's Aşağı Örencik, Ovacık, and Doğandere neighborhoods, as well as in regions such as Atburgazı, Kisir, Ağaçlı, and Sazlı in Söke. In Kuşadası, the quality of transportation is being improved in Gazi Bulvarı, Kirazlı, and Soğucak neighborhoods, which are of great touristic importance. In the Didim district, asphalt renewal operations are continuing on the Akbük road and in various neighborhoods, especially Mavişehir, 1001, Tutay, and Aytepe Caddeleri. Thanks to this, inter-district connecting roads are also being made safer and better.

The works are not limited to large districts; simultaneous investments are being made in many districts such as Karacasu, Koçarlı, İncirliova, Kuyucak, and Köşk. In Karacasu, roads are being revisited in Fatih Rüştü Zorlu Caddesi and Yaykın and Yazır neighborhoods, while in Koçarlı, works are carried out in Çulhalar and Hacıhamzalar neighborhoods. Furthermore, the transportation network is being strengthened in the rural neighborhoods of İncirliova, Kuyucak, Köşk, Çine, Yenipazar, and Sultanhisar districts. With the ongoing road construction activities in Buharkent and Karpuzlu districts, the goal is to provide services to every region of the city without neglecting any area. All these efforts integrate transportation by closing the transportation gap between the rural areas and the center.

Aydın Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Özlem Çerçioğlu, who made statements about the citywide road works, expressed their commitment to their duty and that they stand by their promises to the public. Çerçioğlu stated that they continue their investments in all areas from infrastructure to superstructure in all 17 districts and bring the projects together with the citizens. Emphasizing that these large-scale simultaneous works are critical for the future of Aydın, the Mayor stressed that their understanding of service will continue uninterruptedly. This vision, summarized by the Mayor with the motto "Aydın growing with service," strengthens the bond of local governments with the city residents. Upon the completion of these projects, the transportation infrastructure in the region is expected to attain a much more modern, safe, and durable structure.
