In the accident in Ayvalık, where a car lost control and hit 2 pedestrians and vehicles, 6 people were injured

In the traffic accident that occurred in the Cunda Adası Eski Yol location of Ayvalık district in Balıkesir, a car that lost control hit multiple vehicles and two pedestrians. The accident occurred as a result of vehicles parked irregularly in front of the private beaches by the road narrowing the maneuvering space.

The speeding car first hit another vehicle trying to pull out into the road and two pedestrians. Then, the driver, who was able to stop after hitting two more parked cars by the side of the road, caused an accident in which a total of six people were injured.

Fire, health, and police teams dispatched to the scene helped extract the injured from the vehicles. While the six injured were taken to Ayvalık Devlet Hastanesi by ambulances and placed under treatment, police teams launched an investigation into the accident.
