Fedorov announced 11 key problems reducing the efficiency of the Ukrainian army

Ukraine's former Defense Minister Mihailo Fedorov presented one of the most detailed criticisms of the Ukrainian defense system's functioning since the beginning of the full-scale war. According to him, the main problem is not merely a lack of soldiers, weapons, or equipment; it is the way the army is managed, the organization of the command structure, and the decision-making culture.

Fedorov stated that when he assumed his position at the Ministry of Defense, he identified 11 main problems restricting the effectiveness of the Ukrainian armed forces. These statements reveal the structural difficulties in the army's internal functioning and the shortcomings in personnel management. According to the conveyed claims, it is emphasized that human resources are not used efficiently in the current system and technological opportunities are not adequately evaluated.
