Hakan Şapcı: We don't fear rivals, our goal is the championship

Eskişehirspor Technical Director Hakan Şapcı made a statement evaluating the teams in the 3. Lig 2. Group, announced by the Turkish Football Federation. In another important part of his speech, he touched upon the change made by the TFF in the over-25 player status. Şapcı emphasized that the quota rules, updated as 5+3, were a great advantage for clubs and said that this regulation would strengthen the hands of teams. Stating that the change would create opportunities for Eskişehirspor as well, he explained that they wanted to make the best of this situation. In meetings to be held with the management, both the transfer strategy and how to use the new status will be discussed. The technical director thinks this move is of strategic importance for the remainder of the season.
