'Skala' Brigade Sergeant Beat Up Military Lieutenant Colonel and Chaplain in Harkiv

A serious investigation is being conducted regarding an assault on commissioned officers and a clergyman by a sergeant belonging to the 425th Independent Assault Brigade "Skala", stationed in the Harkiv region of Ukraine.
