Hospitality Courses with Job Guarantee: Gran Hotel Luna in Cádiz Will Hire 29 People

It is planned to prevent potential staff crises at the hotel's opening and to accelerate the hiring processes.

The training program consists of separate courses aiming to specialize in three main branches. Participants have the opportunity to receive training to specialize in basic kitchen operations, restaurant and bar services, and the reception department. At least 65% of the candidates who successfully complete the internship phase held at the end of the training will be rewarded with a permanent employment contract. For candidates who are not hired or kept on standby, an employment pool will be created to be evaluated in future recruitments. This comprehensive strategy will both help the hotel maintain its quality service standards and offer the local population a secure career start.

Candidates wishing to participate in the program must meet certain basic requirements and pay attention to specific schedules. Currently, the process is at the bidding stage, opened to determine the institution that will provide the training, and the final bid date for the tender has been set as July 27, 2026. After the tender is finalized, applications will be initiated through the IFEF institution, and the exact quotas and conditions will be shared with the public. To benefit from this opportunity, candidates must be registered as job seekers with the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) and reside in Cádiz.
