İspanya Yüksek Mahkemesi Ordered the Disclosure of Nationality Data in Migrant Detention Centers

The İspanya Yüksek Mahkemesi (Tribunal Supremo) made a landmark decision by upholding the application of the civil society organization named Göçmenlerle İlgili Cizvit Hizmeti (SJM).
