İzmir's Pride On Dance Returns with 20 Trophies from the Türkiye Hip Hop Championship

On Dance, one of İzmir's pioneering hip hop dance studios, achieved tremendous success at the TDSF Türkiye Hip Hop Championship held at the İstanbul Başakşehir Spor Kompleksi between 1-4 Temmuz 2026. The talented team, which prepared for the competitions with the slogan "Burası İzmir", won a total of 20 trophies, writing its name among the clubs that brought the most trophies to the organization. This massive organization, held by the Türkiye Dans Sporları Federasyonu (TDSF), brought together talented dancers from all over the country. Competing in team, solo, duo, and battle categories throughout the championship, On Dance athletes clearly stood out from their rivals with their technical proficiency and stage discipline. This great achievement revealed that the studio has a deep-rooted infrastructure that trains not only today's but also tomorrow's star dancers.

At the end of the competitions, the On Dance team returned to İzmir winning exactly 20 trophies, including 7 first places, 7 second places, and 6 third places. Adding 3 fourth places, 4 fifth places, and 2 seventh places alongside the trophies, the team reached a total of 29 final results, having an unforgettable tournament. The athletes, who took the stage under the leadership of experienced names such as Saleh Kenny, Merve Çetin, Desen Saraçoğlu, Onur Kaya, and Ece Aslan, received full marks from the jury and the audience with their high energy and team spirit. Sweeping all top three spots in the Yıldızlar and Yetişkinler Hip-hop Battle categories was a testament to the studio's unrivaled domination in this field. These results were a concrete reflection of the consistent and high-level performance exhibited across all age groups, including children, yıldızlar, gençler, and yetişkinler.

On Dance's success did not go unnoticed in the team categories either, winning the Türkiye championship trophy in several different age groups. In the Çocuklar 2 category, On X, and in the Yıldızlar category, On Team, took the top spots in the large team rankings, claiming the gold medals. Additionally, the small team named On Fire in the Gençler category received praise by becoming the Türkiye runner-up with their impressive performance. These results clearly demonstrated that On Dance values not only individual talents but also team harmony and choreography discipline. The months-long, intensive preparation process of the coaches and athletes was reflected in the flawless performances staged.

The İzmir team, which also made a name for itself in the solo and duo categories, achieved rankings in many different age groups. While Nehir Desen Saraçoğlu placed first in the Yetişkinler Solo Kadın category, Barbaros Günoral in the Yıldızlar Solo Erkek category and Nehir Desen Saraçoğlu in the Yetişkinler Battle category reached for the gold medal. In the duo categories, pairs such as Leyla Ayaz & Melisa Yıldırım (Gençler) and Merve Çetin & Nazlı Dalar (Yetişkinler) reached the top in the country by exhibiting perfect stage harmony. These rankings were a testament to how much the studio values individual development and its capacity to prepare athletes of all ages at the highest level. The athletes' technical levels, musicality, and stage discipline made On Dance an insurmountable obstacle for its competitors.

This great achievement once again gave On Dance the pride of representing our country in Europe. Having proudly waved our flag on the European stage last year with 17 final appearances, the team proved with this year's performance that it is a strong contender in the international arena as well.
