Police Operation in Kırıkkale: 4 Wanted Convicts Caught

In a successful operation conducted by security forces in Kırıkkale targeting wanted individuals, four convicts with finalized prison sentences for various crimes were caught red-handed. Acting upon the investigation initiated and the directives given by the Kırıkkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the Provincial Police Department's Public Security Branch teams carried out a comprehensive study across the city. As a result of intelligence work and the careful examination of security cameras, the addresses where the targeted individuals were hiding were identified. Carrying out simultaneous raids on all suspects, the police teams delivered the fugitive convicts to justice. While no adverse incidents occurred during the operation, the individuals were taken into custody and brought to the police department to initiate necessary procedures.

It was learned that an individual named E.Y., who was among the captured individuals, had a finalized prison sentence of 5 months for the crime of 'resisting to prevent the performance of a duty.' Another convict, E.Ç., was wanted with a finalized prison sentence of 4 years and 5 months for the very serious crime of 'intentional homicide.' The past criminal records of these individuals, who were found and taken into custody as a result of the meticulous tracking by security units, were also examined in detail. The suspects, who underwent medical and health checks, were interrogated in specially prepared rooms. The convicts, who accepted the charges in their statements at the police department, were planned to be transferred to the courthouse for the prosecutor's interrogation.

T.G., another individual taken into custody within the scope of the operation, was found to have a finalized prison sentence of 1 year and 8 months for the crime of 'drug trafficking and use.' The police teams, who showed determination in the fight against crimes that directly threaten public health, such as drug trafficking, took another important step with the capture of this individual. In addition, Z.Ö., who had a total finalized prison sentence of 1 year and 6 months in two separate files for the crimes of 'threat' and 'insult,' was also successfully caught by the police teams. The different crimes committed by the suspects in the past were consolidated by the judicial authorities, and their execution processes were clarified. Authorities stated that contributing to public peace was achieved by handing such individuals over to prisons.

It was announced that all of the convicts, whose interrogation procedures at the Police Department were completed, were arrested and sent to prison. In the official statement made, it was emphasized that the operation was of highly critical importance for the general security and peace of the city. Security forces are continuing their field operations uninterruptedly to catch other individuals for whom arrest warrants have been issued. Furthermore, it is stated that the public's trust in the police force is increasing day by day with such successful operations.
