Deer Park Refinery controlled by Pemex operating at 77 percent of its capacity

The Deer Park Refinery, built in 1929 in the state of Texas, is currently operating under the control of the Mexican state oil company Pemex.

According to data submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the refinery is operating at 77 percent of its current production capacity.
