Canada joins the 6th generation fighter jet program of the UK and Japan as an observer

Canada is expected to join the 6th generation fighter jet production program, jointly conducted by the UK, Japan, and Italy, as an observer.

With statements made this weekend, it is expressed that Ottawa could officially become part of the Global Combat Air Program (GCAP).
