Russia's combined attack on Izyum in Kharkiv causes casualties and fires

Russian troops launched a combined air attack on the town of Izyum in the Kharkiv region on the evening of 14 July.

According to a statement from the Izyum City Military Administration, there are casualties and injuries in the attack. The attack caused severe damage to the town's civilian infrastructure.
