Driver who hit and killed a street dog in Silivri arrested

In İstanbul Silivri, A.K., who was driving a light commercial vehicle, drove his vehicle into street dogs on the road while in motion.

As a result of the incident, one street dog lost its life, and bystanders recorded these moments with their mobile phones.
