New changes in the ETS system will cover waste disposal facilities, may increase garbage bills

Anna Bryłka drew attention to the new changes planned in the European Union Emissions Trading System (ETS).

Accordingly, from 2031 onwards, facilities where municipal waste is incinerated will also be included in this carbon emissions trading system.
