Death toll rises in bus accident in Aksaray: Another patient loses their life

A sad development has occurred regarding the traffic accident in Aksaray. One of the 44 people injured in the accident caused by a bus that previously went off the road lost their life in the hospital where they were being treated. It was learned that the person who lost their life was 47-year-old Iraqi citizen Hazim Ahmet Şahap. With this death, the condition and health processes of the injured, whose treatments continue in the hospital regarding the accident, have come back to the agenda.

In the initial phase of the accident, the severity of the situation became evident with the large number of injured being dispatched to hospitals. A large majority of the 44 injured were transported to hospitals in the region by health teams and taken into emergency treatment. Many ambulances and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene to ensure the injured were transported to hospitals quickly. Health personnel made an intense effort to eliminate the vital dangers of the accident victims.

Despite the treatment process that lasted for days, it was reported that Hazim Ahmet Şahap could not hold on to life and lost his life despite all interventions by doctors. According to information received from hospital sources, it was stated that the treatments of 9 of the injured are still continuing and their health conditions are being followed closely. It was expressed that the general condition of these patients is stable but they are kept under observation.

It was announced that some of the other injured were discharged from the hospital and sent to their homes as their health conditions improved. It was learned that there were no life-threatening risks for those discharged and they passed doctor control as the effect of the trauma they experienced in the accident faded. It was stated that these people, whose condition is good, were able to return to their normal lives and overcame the shock of the accident.

As a result, while this traffic accident in Aksaray reached a tragic dimension with the loss of one life, it was shared that the treatment of 9 injured people still in the hospital continues. The physical and psychological effects caused by the accident continue for some of the injured. It is emphasized that the official investigation and inspections regarding the incident continue, and efforts are ongoing to determine the conditions of formation and responsibilities regarding the accident.
