Earthquake in Indonesia

A 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Flores Island in eastern Indonesia, resulting in the deaths of 20 people and injuring 6 others. The earthquake caused significant damage to buildings and homes, and some roads were closed to traffic. Rescue officials reported widespread destruction in the affected area, and a tsunami warning was later lifted. The Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency warned the public to be cautious of possible aftershocks.
