GSB to Recruit 600 Contracted Personnel: Application Process and KPSS Requirements Announced

The Ministry of Youth and Sports (GSB) has officially announced the recruitment announcement awaited by thousands of citizens wishing to enter the labor market by publishing it in the Official Gazette. According to the announcement, a total of 600 contracted personnel will be recruited to be employed within the Ministry and its provincial organizations. These recruitments will be carried out to meet the personnel needs of youth and sports provincial directorates across the country and are met with great interest by candidates.

The recruitment process will be conducted for two different positions: 300 contracted dormitory management personnel and 300 contracted youth workers, and these individuals will be evaluated for various duties at youth centers and dormitories. Candidates are required to meet the announcement conditions and obtain the minimum score from the specified KPSS score type. This announcement presents a significant opportunity for young people dreaming of working in the public sector, and the details of the process are being researched with curiosity.

In the application evaluations, candidates' 2024 KPSS Group B P3 score will be taken as the basis, and three times the number of vacant quotas announced for each position will be invited to the oral exam according to the KPSS success ranking. This ranking will be determined based on the candidates' scores, and those who qualify for the oral exam will be invited in line with the score ranking without a draw. Oral exams stand out as a critical stage to measure the competencies and qualifications of candidates.

Final appointments will be made based on the success score candidates obtain in the oral exam, and successful ones will start their duties as contracted personnel in the Ministry of Youth and Sports' provincial organizations. It is planned to place substitute candidates in place of those who fail the oral exam, in order. This process reflects the success status of candidates directly to the final result in order to ensure transparency in personnel recruitment.

Applications will start as of July 13, 2026, and continue until July 17, 2026, and candidates can only submit their applications electronically through the 'Career Gate' system of the Presidency Human Resources Office.
