Earthquake in Japan: 35 People Dead

A 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck Japan, resulting in 35 deaths. Hundreds of people were injured and over 9,000 were sheltered in the aftermath. Seismologists noted that the critical 72-hour window for finding survivors has passed.
