Quispamsis, New Brunswick, and Zorra, Ontario, also made the switch permanent, with employees citing better work-life balance and productivity. Private firms like Iversoft and Savage have also adopted the model successfully. A survey found 91% of senior managers support the idea, and similar trials in Iceland and the UK have shown overwhelming success, indicating a global shift toward shorter workweeks.
