Kazakhstan and China signed commercial and economic cooperation roadmap

Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Chinese President Xi Jinping mutually signed a new roadmap document that will advance economic and commercial relations between their countries. In the meeting where the two leaders came together, the strengthening of commercial ties and economic goals between the countries was discussed.

During the talks, President Tokayev used praising expressions for Chinese President Xi Jinping. Tokayev described Xi as a strong leader who carries his people forward and a wise statesman on a global scale.

This agreement shows that the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan, one of the important energy and trade countries of Central Asia, and China, one of the biggest players in the world economy, is deepening. The signed program document aims to create a framework for taking concrete commercial steps between the two countries.
