NATO PA delegation visits Baykar with Turkish Parliament Speaker Kurtulmuş

A delegation from the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA), led by Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş, visited Baykar, one of Turkey's leading defense industry companies. The visit took place within the framework of the NATO Parliamentary Summit held in Istanbul on June 28-29. The summit was attended by 20 parliamentary speakers, 3 deputy speakers, NATO PA President Marcos Perestrello, NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska, and many high-level representatives from allied countries and international organizations. This visit is of great importance for showcasing Turkey's advancements in the defense industry on an international platform.

During the visit to Baykar's production facility, Baykar Chairman Selçuk Bayraktar gave the guests a tour of the facility and provided detailed information about Turkey's defense industry investments. Bayraktar particularly highlighted the latest developments in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and other defense technologies. The delegation had the opportunity to observe Baykar's production processes and R&D activities firsthand. Such visits aim to strengthen defense industry cooperation among NATO allies.
