Combined attack in Odesa: energy infrastructure and port hit, partial blackout

Ukraine's southern port city of Odesa experienced a partial power outage (blackout) following a combined attack targeting energy infrastructure and the port. The SHOT channel reported that more than ten explosions were heard in the city. Dense smoke was observed around the local thermal power plant (TETS).

While no official statement has yet been made regarding who carried out the attack, the Russia-Ukraine conflict continues in the region.
