Süleymanpaşa Municipality Launches AI-Powered New Website

Süleymanpaşa Municipality has completely revamped its official website to provide faster, modern, and uninterrupted services to citizens. The new website is equipped with numerous innovative and life-easing modules, including an AI-powered digital assistant, real-time earthquake warning system, pet adoption portal, and audio reading features for the visually impaired. The municipality developed the site entirely with its own resources and personnel, achieving significant cost savings. E-municipality services have also been strengthened; citizens can now perform transactions such as tax payments, debt inquiries, and petition tracking online.

One of the most notable features of the new website is the AI-powered digital assistant named 'Kiraz'. This assistant helps citizens quickly find the services they are looking for while reducing the municipality's workload. Additionally, an earthquake tracking and notification plugin has been integrated into the site, instantly alerting users with a pop-up message for earthquakes of magnitude 3.5 and above. The Gathering Areas page has been redesigned for disaster situations, displaying location maps, capacities, and transportation information, with the option to print these details.

In line with social responsibility and awareness projects, a special portal has been created for animals at the Temporary Animal Shelter. Citizens can view the animals and submit adoption requests online. For visually impaired citizens, a 'Voice Site' feature has been developed, allowing important content to be listened to. Furthermore, a 'Stand by Women' page has been prepared to draw attention to violence against women, featuring a digital memorial for women who have lost their lives due to violence.

In accordance with transparent municipality principles, the projects implemented by the municipality have been detailed by categories, work processes, and dates. Citizens can print project information in PDF format. The pharmacy on duty page now includes directions, map locations, and contact information. Neighborhood pages have been expanded with updated contact details for mukhtars and integrated directions. Additionally, digital maps of official institutions in the district have been created.

To support local athletes, a special sports page has been added to the site, announcing national and international achievements. A 3-day weather forecast module has been integrated, with dynamic Tekirdağ background images that change according to real-time weather conditions.
