In Tatarstan, Prosecutor's Office Restored Labor Rights of SVO Participant

The Laişeve district prosecutor's office, located in the Republic of Tataristan of Rusya, successfully restored the employment and labor rights of a participant in the Special Military Operation (SVO). According to an official statement, it was discovered that the legal rights of the personnel were violated during their employment at a private commercial company. As a result of a detailed investigation launched by the prosecutor's office, it was revealed that the employer had neglected various legal obligations. During the legal audit process carried out, it was clarified that the victimized SVO participant was employed at the commercial enterprise from November of 2025 to February of 2026. However, the employer failed to pay a portion of the employee's salary, which is the compensation for their labor, either intentionally or as a result of negligence. Furthermore, it was understood that the company did not timely submit the necessary notifications and records regarding the personnel's employment period to the Rusya Sosyal Fonu (SFR). This lack of notifications was evaluated as a serious violation that directly jeopardized the employee's social rights, future retirement premiums, and official insurance processes. Prosecutor's office teams identified all dimensions of this injustice one by one through examinations conducted on the documents.

In response to these severe negligences identified, the Laişeve district prosecutor's office made an immediate and decisive legal intervention. Following the prosecutor's office stepping in and officially notifying the employer of the issue, the company management was forced to back down. As a result, the grievance was remedied by ensuring the payment of the total amount the veteran had not received. The worker was paid a total of over 30.000 Ruble in cash for unpaid wages, and all past financial losses were compensated. Additionally, the company was demanded to retroactively make mandatory insurance premium payments on behalf of the personnel and to submit complete notifications to the Social Fund.

Thanks to the meticulous work of the prosecutor's office, the social protections that were disrupted due to the commercial company's negligent attitude were fully reinstated. The enterprise fully paid all accumulated legal insurance premiums on behalf of the personnel to the relevant government institutions. Because the missing social fund notifications were immediately completed, the official employment history and social security records of the SVO participant were made compliant with the law. This process clearly demonstrates the sensitivity of government institutions in Rusya, particularly regarding the protection of the rights of military veterans and SVO personnel. This legal victory serves as an encouraging precedent for other workers experiencing similar rights violations.
