Infrastructure Works of the 'Vatan Yuvası' Project in Yeni Obour Şehri Progressing

Engineer Mahmud Murad, Head of the Yeni Obour Şehri Development Authority in Mısır, inspected the infrastructure works on the 'Vatan Yuvası' (Beyt el-Vatan) lands located in the 24. Mahalle (formerly known as the Tala'i Region). The works aim to connect the drinking water, sewage, and irrigation networks to the main grids in the city.

During the field inspections conducted, the focus was on the infrastructure preparations for the first-phase lands allocated for Egyptians living abroad. It was reported that in the first phase of the project, which is established on a total of 657 dönüm (feddan), 1761 plots were allocated for overseas Egyptians.

Murad demanded that the contracting firms strictly adhere to the determined timeline and apply the highest technical standards. Emphasizing that the project is among the state's priorities, Murad stressed that the field works will be closely monitored every day and any obstacles encountered will be overcome immediately in order to make the lands ready for delivery.
