Luigi Mangione's Guilty Plea for Murdering Health Executive

Luigi Mangione, a man accused of murdering United HealthCare executive Brian Thompson, has pleaded guilty to federal stalking charges.

Mangione had planned and carried out a complex plan to exact revenge on Thompson, who was shot and killed outside a hotel in New York in 2024.
