Northern Line Traffic Halted in Portugal Due to Horses on the Railway

Train services on the Northern Line (Linha do Norte), connecting Portugal's capital Lisbon and the city of Porto, have been temporarily suspended.

In the incident that occurred in the morning hours, the line was closed for safety reasons following a collision between a train and three horses that entered the railway track.
