Number of Soldiers Killed in Ukraine War

Ukrainian President Zelenskiy announced that approximately 50,000 Ukrainian soldiers have lost their lives since the start of the war.

This number was previously stated as 55,000 six months ago. The ongoing war and increasing human losses continue to draw the attention of the international community.
