Warsaw Court Rejects European Arrest Warrant Request for Former Justice Minister Ziobro

The Warsaw Regional Court rejected the request to issue a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) for former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro.

According to information conveyed by the court's criminal affairs spokesperson, Judge Anna Ptaszek, this decision is non-appealable.
