Mother drank alcohol during pregnancy in Poland, newborn baby's blood alcohol level shocked

A terrible incident that occurred in the city of Ozorków, Poland, created a huge shock effect across the country.

As a result of a 36-year-old mother's excessive alcohol consumption during her pregnancy, her baby was born with a high amount of alcohol congenitally.
