Typhoon Noul Hits Southern China

Typhoon Noul caused travel chaos in the tech hubs of Shenzhen and Guangzhou in southern China.

Typhoon Noul made landfall in Guangdong province on Sunday, bringing heavy rain to much of the region. The National Meteorological Center issued the year's first red typhoon warning on Saturday evening.
