Holcim Sells Philippines Unit to Huaxin for $807 Million

Swiss-based cement and aggregates company Holcim has sold its Philippines unit to Chinese company Huaxin Cement for $807 million.

This sale is part of Holcim's goal to invest $5 billion by 2030.
