Venezuela Offers Aid to Colombia After Earthquake

Venezuela's President Delcy Rodríguez has offered aid to Colombia following an earthquake.

Rodríguez stated that Venezuela is ready to send rescue teams and humanitarian aid. The 7.4-magnitude earthquake in Colombia resulted in 111 deaths.
