Kazakhstan Dispatched a Military Unit to the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Lebanon

Eleven personnel from the Kazakhstan Armed Forces have arrived in Lebanon to serve within the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

According to a statement from the Kazakhstan Ministry of National Defense, the soldiers will conduct peacekeeping activities in Southern Lebanon together with the Indian contingent.
