Former Police Officer's Escape Plan

A former police officer, accused of murdering his wife in 2005, was caught in China 21 years later.

Daniel William Heirs was arrested in 2004 for child sex crimes, then killed his wife Ludimila and escaped. Heirs was working as an English teacher in China.
