5-Year-Old Child Overdoses on Fentanyl and Cocaine, Mother and Partner Arrested

A 5-year-old child in Oakland was hospitalized after ingesting fentanyl and cocaine, and is reported to be in critical condition.

The child's mother and partner were arrested on charges of child neglect.
