Rukmini Mallick from TMC also resigns from the Indian Federal Assembly

In India, Trinamool Congress (TMC) Party Member of Parliament Rukmini Mallick resigned from her membership in the Federal Assembly (Rajya Sabha).

Thus, she became the fourth TMC deputy to withdraw from the Federal Assembly following the party's loss of power in the state of West Bengal.
