Bayer Leverkusen's training facility project in Monheim not re-approved by the council

The training facility project planned to be built by Bayer Leverkusen in Monheim faced opposition once again in the city council.

Despite revised plans and a reduction in the number of football pitches, the required majority for residential construction could not be achieved.
