Epic Games' Former Manager Develops New Game Engine

Epic Games' former manager Sjoerd De Jong has left the company to develop a new game engine.

The Immens Engine, as it is called, will be compatible with artificial intelligence. De Jong believes the gaming industry is too dependent on Unreal Engine and Unity, and aims to create a more modern engine.
