Ahbap Investigation: Detained Haluk Levent Announced He Will Make a Detailed Statement

Haluk Levent, President of the Ahbap Association and musician, was detained as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. In addition to the charges directed at him, such as 'laundering proceeds of crime' and 'organization membership', he held discussions with authorities regarding the need to audit the association.

In his statement on social media, Levent sent a message to Deputy Minister of Interior Bülent Turan, stating that his personal debt-credit status should not be associated with the association. He invited the authorities to urgently audit what has happened since the beginning of the process and share it with the public.

While 17 people connected to the association members and employees were detained within the scope of the investigation, cash, gold, digital materials, and various documents were seized during searches at the addresses. Haluk Levent announced that he will make a new statement explaining what happened from the very beginning regarding the process.
